RENY* is known for its excellent tensile and flexural strength, as well as it’s nonmagnetic and lightweight attributes. Heat resistant to 105°C (UL Approved Temperature). RENY provides corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, anti fatigue and anti-creep properties. Useful for electronic equipment that requires electrical insulation or non-magnetic properties. Also useful for applications calling for lightweight materials such as aircraft, spacecraft and automobile. A variety of head styles in sizes M1.7-M16 available.
Polycarbonate has the highest shock resistance of all engineering plastics. Usable in a wide range of temperatures :(-40°C~115°C) makes this ideal for electronic, electrical and automobile fields. Excellent weather resistance and minimal water absorbency. Screws, bolts, nuts and washers available in sizes M1.7-M12.
PEEK* is a super-engineered thermoplastic known for its special physical and chemical characteristics. Heat resistant to 180°C (UL Approved Temperature). Flame-resistance cleared by UL Standard 94V-0. PEEK is impenetrable by most chemicals with the exception of concentrated sulfuric acid. PEEK has excellent thermal and water resistance and maintains high heat-resistant strength. Useful for chemical-resistant applications such as FPD (Flat Panel Display) and semiconductor production equipment/ devices, printed circuit board etching devices, metal plating equipment, and chemical plants. Available in sizes M1.7-M12.
AURUM (Thermoplastic Polyimide Resin-Brown) is a super-engineered thermoplastic known for its special thermal, physical, electric and chemical characteristics. Heat resistant to 240°C (UL Approved Temperature) with continuous use. Flame-resistance cleared by UL Standard 94V-0. Excellent plasma, radiation and abrasion resistance. Useful for chemical-resistant applications such as FPD (Flat Panel Display) and semiconductor production equipment/ devices, printed circuit board etching devices, metal plating equipment, and chemical plants. Hexagon Head Bolts, Nuts and Washers available in sizes M3-M8.
PP (Polypropylene) possesses excellent chemical resistance against strong acids and organic solvents. Often used as a substitute for vinyl chloride screws. Heat resistant to 65°C (UL Standard 94: HB). Hexagon Bolts, Nuts and Washers in sizes M4-M12 are available.
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulphide) has excellent heat resistance and enables continuous use at 200°C (UL Approved Temperature). Excellent flame resistance cleared by UL Standard 94V-0. PPS also has high chemical resistance and does not dissolve when used with oils or organic solvents. PPS provides abrasion resistance and is non-adhesive. A variety of head styles in sizes M2-M12 are available.
PTFE (Teflon*) is a plastic that is excellent for its heat resistance, electrical properties, chemical-resistance, and special friction-wear characteristics. It is impenetrable by most chemicals. Heat resistant to 180°C (UL Approved Temperature). Flame-resistance meets UL Standard 94V-0. Useful for chemical-resistant applications such as FPD (Flat Panel Display) and semiconductor production equipment/ devices, printed circuit board etching devices, metal plating equipment, and chemical plants. Hexagon Head Bolts, Nuts and Washers available in sizes M3-M12.
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Flouride) possesses excellent chemical resistance against strong acids, organic solvents and halogen chemical compounds such as chlorine and bromine. Useful in applications where metal or PVC screws cannot be used. Temperature range of -40°C ~ 90°C, along with PVDF’s non-toxic and odorless properties make it ideal for environments subject to hygiene/health laws. Tensile strength exceeds that of PVD and shock resistance is 3-4x that of PVC. Socket Head Cap Screws, Hexagon Bolts, Nuts and Washers available in sizes M5-M10.
