Rosa Systemi linear roller bearng type guide block and rail assemblies provide the highest load carrying capacity.  Four rows of recirculating rollers mate with a precision ground rail providing support in all directions.

Best for applications requiring:

• Very high stiffness and rigidity
• Extremely smooth movement
• High load carrying capacity

Industry standard sizes 25 to 55 are available.   Load capacities range from 29 kN TO 351 kN (6500 lbs to 79,000 lbs).  Rail Lengths to 4000 mm with splicing (butt joints) available to make longer lengths

Miniature Linear Guides provide precision, low friction guidance of payloads for machine and instrument applications.  These bearings have 2 rows of recirculating balls engaged with 4 point contact in a precision ground rail which provides load capacity in all directions.

High Temperature Linear Bearings provide load capacity and precision guidance like standard linear guides but are modified for high temperature environments.  The all metal construction is suitable for temperatures up to 180°C (356°F).  Recirculating ball rails and economical cam rollers based designs are available.
